On October 30th, the Tilton Tanger Outlets are having their Tanger Style Trick or Treat. All of the Trick or Treaters who are in costume between 5:00 and 7:00 get a free glow necklace, and a costume contest will be held in front of Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory at 6:00pm for children under the age of 12.
